We are happy to announce that Priority Registration for the 2018 season will open on February 1 and close on February 17.

 Below is a list of new things for the 2018 season:

1. WTCP has a brand new website that provides a mobile-friendly platform for browsing the website and for registering for the 2018 Season.
    
2. Priority Registration will be handled 100% online this year.  With our new registration platform, both credit card and check payments can be made online. For online payments, you can choose to pay in full or participate in an online payment plan that automatically charges $200 (Residents) or $225 (Non-Residents) at the time of registration, $100 in April and $100 in May. Offline check and cash payments will not be accepted during priority registration.
    
3. Each grade is automatically capped at 25 athletes. Once the 25 limit is reached, athletes can register for the waiting list.
   
   Note: Those that registered for Poms last season may register for Cheer this season during Priority Registration and vice-versa. This means it's possible teams reach the 25 limit quicker than expected.
    
4. An email including the link to register will be sent to all families in good standing on February 1, 2018. All eligible families can register all athletes in their family at that time.
    
5. Remaining open spots on each team will be filled during our Lottery Registration on March 3.
