Can't find team in mobile app

Various WTCP Participants have contacted us frustrated from not being able to find their team in the SportsEngine mobile app. This is usually due to the following reasons:

  • User has multiple accounts
  • The account used to log into the mobile app is not the same account used during registration.

To find your team in the mobile app, log in using the same account used to register for the 2017 season.

If you have multiple accounts, contact SportsEngine directly to request they merge your accounts:

Call the SportsEngine Support Team: 1.888.255.7840 (Option 1, then Option 2)
Monday-Friday 8am-7pm CST
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays 9am-6pm CST

If you find your team in the mobile app but are not able to save it as a favorite, log out of the app and back in using the same account used to register for the 2017 season.
