When:  October 5
What time: 7pm to 9pm

• All athletes and volunteers should arrive at the high school no later than 6:15pm. 
• All squads will warm up and run through their routine so it's critical everyone show up on time.
• All athletes should wear complete uniform and competition shoes with no-show socks.
• Cheer athletes should wear their hair in a high pony and have bangs clipped back with bow in hair.
• All Poms athletes should wear their hair as the Team Manager requests.
• Athletes should not have any personal items with them. Parents should take their shoes, jacket, etc with them.
• The doors will open at approximately 6:30pm
• The athletes will enter the gym at around 7:10pm.
• For the safety of our athletes, NO FLASH should be used when taking pictures.
• Recording video is permitted.
• We will have some cash and carry items for sale including Warren Wear.
• We will be holding a 50/50 raffle. Tickets will be sold from when the doors open until 7:00pm.
• We'll also have various other raffles and silent auctions.
